Shipping Policy
Effective as of May 1, 2026
This policy applies to all Roadway Biome products, including the Traffic Monitor and related hardware components.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that pre-orders may not have a guaranteed shipping date, but you will receive notification as the order progresses.
Domestic Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is included in the product price at no additional cost to you. Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.
In-Store Pickup
Local pickup can be arranged at our workshop location in Portland, Oregon. Please contact us at info@roadwaybiome.com or call +1 (503) 610-6191 after placing your order to coordinate a pickup time.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
